Privacy policy
This policy describes what personal data we process in the MK Logistic coordinator panel, for what purposes, and what rights data subjects have.
Data controller
The controller of personal data processed in the application is MK Logistic. For any matter related to data protection you can reach us using the details in the Contact section.
What data we process
We process user account data (name, e-mail address and, optionally, a phone number), sign-in and session data, service activity records (tickets, assignments, status changes), device photos taken during installation and repairs, and technician location data shown on the map.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the coordinator panel service and perform the contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep the application secure and to establish and pursue claims (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to comply with the legal obligations of the controller (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Cookies
The application uses only strictly necessary cookies that maintain the signed-in user's session (access and refresh tokens). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.
Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to hosting and backend infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary to run the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
We keep data for as long as the account is active and, after it is closed, for the period required by law or necessary to establish and pursue claims.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — or with the authority competent for your place of residence.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the application evolves. The current version is always available at this address, and the date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
